The sad reality is that 1 in every 4 women in the US is on some form of antidepressant or anxiety medication, and over 9 million Americans took a sleeping aid last night alone. These are clear signs that something isn’t working and prescription medication isn’t the key. 

You hold within you the tool to bring you back to a healthy state and you use it roughly 20,000 per day. Most of us have never been taught how to use our breath properly so we walk around breathing shallowly. Preventing us from fully absorbing nutrients our body needs to think clearly.
